What are the pre-requisites for QSC membership?

QSC is one of PHCC’s sought-after “Enhanced Service Groups.” As indicated by the title, membership in QSC is an enhancement of PHCC membership.  Therefore, the primary membership requirement enabling contractors to join QSC is PHCC state and/or local membership. The primary requirement for Industry Partners is PHCC National Associate membership.

What if I am not already a PHCC member?

Contact the chapter in your area for details! Simply CLICK HERE for a list of local and state chapters and membership information, and to discover the many benefits of PHCC membership.

What if there is not a PHCC chapter in my area?
 

PHCC offers “at-large” memberships to those plumbing, heating and cooling industry professionals who do not have a PHCC chapter in their area. CLICK HERE to access a PHCC National Association At-Large Membership Application.

What are the benefits of QSC?

The most valuable benefits of QSC are Business Coaching which is offered at two levels depending on client needs, networking and the sense of community shared by all QSC members.

What elements of my business are covered during coaching sessions?

Elements of your business covered during coaching sessions include but are not limited to Finances, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Customer Service, Dispatch, Operations, Advertising, Marketing, Lead Generation and Public Relations.

QSC Business Coaches may also provide insight into:

  • Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent and cultivating resilient leaders

What if I need to cancel my coaching subscription?

QSC coaching subscriptions are based on automatically renewing annual agreements. For cancellations occurring prior to the company’s anniversary date, QSC subscribers will be responsible for payment in full of annual subscription dues and any coaching sessions used, plus coaches’ expenses incurred. Coaching subscriptions are non-transferable.

What is the background of QSC’s Business Coaches?

QSC Business Coaches bring years of business ownership, management and solution-based expertise to their coaching clients. From strategic planning to hiring best practices, and consulting to business analysis, the skills that these professionals employ truly fit all business needs.

Is my information confidential?

Absolutely. All information shared between clients and QSC Business Coaches is 100% confidential.

What is expected of me?

QSC coaching clients benefit greatly when they provide their undivided attention during coaching visits, when they exhibit accountability, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and communicate openly. The sharing of documentation may also be requested from time to time as will information on expectations, pain points and goals.
